Ranger Rick, You got me! I ran down to my recipe box and found, much to my chagrin, that it was me who mixed them up. Can't believe I did that! I did find the spelling, too: "holubtsi" for the cabbage dish, and "pyrohy" or "perishky" for the dumplings. My grandmother must be turning in her grave. (Shades of Trotski's boots!) I do remember my other [phoenetic] spelling of the dumplings being the word most used, but seem to recall my grandparents using pyrohy.
