Now I hope you don't get mad at me, Julius, but here's another thought.  If
Gore could prove fraud, it would be his quickest and easiest way to win.
All the time spent on the many lawsuits and recounts could have been spent
on exposing and proving any fraud (which I think would be fairly quick and
easy to do) and he would now be President-Elect.  How?  Because if he proved
fraud, all 25 of Florida's electoral votes get thrown out of the final total
and he wins with his pre-Florida majority of electoral votes.
