My pet peeves in the land of diction:

Envirement vs. enviroNment.
Goverment vs. goverNment.
Excape vs. escape.
And yes, realator vs. realtor.

Then there are my pet peeves in the land of overuse. 
I've mentioned the first one previously.

"Actually" (Apparently this lends importance or
veracity to the rest of the sentence.  "She's ACTUALLY
on the phone right now."  As opposed to what?)

"Know what I'm sayin'?" (Often spoken so quickly it
sounds more like a strange Asian dialect: 
"Naumsayn?")

"Know what I mean?"  ("Naumeen?")

"I hear that!"
