This is sad news. I found a news article saying she was swimming in Mexico,
and was run over by a speed-boat - an accident which happens pretty
frequently in NZ in the summer, unfortunately, particularly with jet-skis.
I've also been watching re-runs of French & Saunders here, and they've been
showing a series where Kirsty MacColl performed a song in each episode - she
had a great voice.
