I read the article - it's a nice overview, with some great pictures, album 
covers, and paintings. It's probably in the JMDL database but I missed it the 
first time 'round. Also as it deals with Joni's lyrics as poetry, it posts 
lyrics to lots of her songs. Even though I'm familiar with them all, 
sometimes when you see the words laid out in front of you it puts them in a 
different perspective.

Question: To what is Joni referring when she repeats "the ghostly garden 
grows"? Does she mean the world in general as a ghostly garden?
Funny then, in Woodstock she says we've got to get ourselves back to the 
garden.
