to which i could not help but respond:

thank you Jimmy so very much for opening up to us about the matters of your
heart.
Oh the bittersweet synchronicity of your post is too much. Know that you are not
alone. We continue to hold you close and remind you that we are here for you
during difficult days. There is nothing on the face of the earth quite like the
love and support found in the arms of our beloved Joni family.

Marcel's list certainly gives levity to the heaviness. A therapist once told me
it was good for the soul to maintain a sense of humour, somehow.

On a more serious note, yes indeed, there is so much work to keeping a
relationship "real vibrant lively and fulfilling".

My two cents worth on how relationships can work...I am learning from a great
teacher that it takes an ability, a willingness to communicate on every level as
well as making a committment to respect, value, nurture, nourish and love each
other in every way possible. Coming through a very tough day legally speaking due
to the horrendous vortex of my past, I truly am blessed to have learned this very
tender lesson. Thank you Brian.

so much love to you always,
magsie ;)
