With apologies to Keith Moon, here are some notes on Vol 34:

"Alison's birthday, Jim Morrison, and more (NJC)" thread by Kakki: Isn't it
cool to read about JMDL get-togethers after meeting the folks involved? No
Cal, So Cal, I'm jealous of both camps! It's almost like
"Whenever two or more
are gathered in (her) name,
there is love."
~~~
"It's A Girl Thing" thread by Lori near DC: Lori, Elle MacPherson would be
sexy just balancing a checkbook in jeans, a sweatshirt, and no makeup.  But
Lori, I don't have cable so I can't see this film on Showtime.  Would you
explain the sex scene between Elle MacPherson and Kate Capshaw?....... in
detail?...... use as much time and space as you need........ <smirk>  JUST
KIDDING!  Don't you dare!
~~~

"Re: DJRD, song by song" thread:
It's a pleasure to read Bob Muller and Mark (in Seattle) review this
wonderful recording! Way to go guys! The stories on this album have a
surreal aspect to them, to me. There's that first person "Talk To Me" in
which the narrator seems to be drawing a caricature of _herself_. This is
something rare. It's funny and disconcerting at the same time.
