Delurking to add a "me too" on this one. I never really connected with this imagery
to get to the "sex kills" thing, which I think is as strong as the opening is weak.
I always despised that "is it sexy enough" crap. When I worked in video production
for CARE (the international relief and development organization) the PR manager used
to call for "sexy" in our stories about starvation, poverty, etc. Are we so shallow?
So inured to suffering. Maybe, but I'm sick of the lowest common denominator. ME TOO,
