There have been some interesting interpretations on this, but my take is
this:

She's arguing with this guy (who seems very egocentric and chauvanistic)
saying women have been downtrodden for too long.  The lines:

> anima rising
> queen of queens
> wash my guilt of eden

seem to be saying "I'm not going to be held responsible for Eve's actions
with the apple and the snake" then later when she says:

> i'm leaving on the 1:15
> you're darn right
> since i was seventeen
> i've had no one over me
> he says "anima rising -
> so what -
> petrified wood process
> tall timber down to rock!"

She's saying that she's an independent woman, and that she does as she
pleases.  His response is very chauvanistic and belittling:  "Yeah, well,
you can fight that battle as long as you like - but it takes thousands of
years for wood to turn to stone, and that's how long it'll take women to be
equal with men."
