One of the things I love about this list is that,
until I came here, I thought Joni was making all that
stuff up herself, and I admired her imagery. Which is
excellent in itself, but, after finding out (here)
that she has adapted the words of others (artists,
poets, philosophers, whatever...), it makes me
appreciate her even more - she obviously must read a
great deal and pay attention to the words of others.
