Ah, I love that one too, Paz! Joni may seem divine to us but she is
so wonderfully human.
So it's been a year since Wally's passing. A week from today it will
be 8 years since I lost Edward. February is not my favorite month.
But on a happier note, today is my dad's 80th birthday. I just talked
to him & my mom on the phone. They are temporarily in an assisted
living facility in Omaha. Mom has been released from the hospital and
is doing much better although she has some blanks in her memory about
the last few months. Still, she's made a lot of progress, is putting
on weight & seems to have snapped out of the depression.
And to top it all off, Brian is doing so well! Maybe February this
year will be a good month!
