Ringo's version was the original 45 on the UK rel. Oct 5, 1962
on Parlophone, however sometime in '63 they switched to the
Andy White version, which was the one most people heard in
Britain..
In the US, Ringo's version went unreleased until 1980's "Rarities"
LP.  It is also the one used on the current singles collection CD
"Past Masters Vol. 1".
The Andy White version is the one on the "Please Please Me" CD,
also on the new "1" CD, and the long lost Pete Best one is on
"Anthology 1".
BTW, the best way to tell them apart is to listen for tambourine;
it is only on the Andy White version, played by Ringo.
