     It is a ancient Inca greeting.  Means "health, joy, and fertility".  Naw 
 - actually I stole that from one of my favorite 'seer/sages' of all time - 
 Radar from 'MASH'.  He always signed off his camp broadcasts with "That Is 
 All" - TIA. >>
