Pat & Michael, I really enjoyed reading your posts on songwriting & performing. Gosh, if I had been hanging out with Joni I am not sure whether I would have said why bother or whether it would have inspired me to greater heights. Maybe both. I still feel like that when I hear great songwriters. Mostly it just inspires me to do better since I have already foolishly decided to put myself out there anyway. Speaking of inspiring. I just got Jonatha's Steady Pull. I liked it right off the bat & have now listened to it several times. Michael, when you see her, tell Jonatha I BOW to her funkiness! Loved it, every bit.
