Stacy Luftig, editor of the "Joni Mitchell Companion" was a member of this
discussion list (and may still be). I seem to recall she wrote to the JMDL
about this error. She is aware of it and said one of the book's photo
editors was responsible. I also remember she was slightly annoyed at not
being given a chance to proof the *entire* book prior to its publication.
