Unfortunately, typos happen - but the biggest insult is to misspell the author's
name on the cover of the book - her name is Stacey Luftig.

In a previous incarnation, I was responsible for checking the galleys for a
book with a 40,000 print run. When the final printed copies arrived (all
40,000), I excitedly opened one, to immediately spot the word 'Forward'.
Gulping and hot flushing like crazy, I rushed to check the original proofs,
only to find that they were correct, ie 'Foreword'. To this day, I've no idea
how this happened, but I was still condemned to the land where the buck
stops - and still turn bright red whenever I see a copy.
