I like to exercise at the gym. I work hard on cardio machines. I do it for stress 
relief. I thought I was doing it for my heart but research has shown that 1 hr 
accumulated walking during the week(i.e. like walking my dogs) does good for the haert 
and the cardio stuff doesnn't make the heart any fitter than the 1 hr walking!
