Just be patient - sometimes it's take an AGE for that grey screen to go
away, and for the logon on screen to finally appear in it's place. At times
I've even gone away for 5-10 minutes before it finally shows itself. I
guess it depends on the amount of traffic on the server, and the speed of
your connection. But at least the grey screen means it's thinking about it!
