I heard Elvis on his radio show saying that they considered doing a Joni
tune but in a way I'm glad they didn't. To me Otter sounds sterile and
overbearing. Her misreading of Kate McGarrigle's Go Leave.is almost
laughable. It's a quiet heartbroken kind of song but Otter gives it a
Shirley Bassey treatment. What was Elvis thinking.
