Thinking about the number of people who I've seen write
anything contentious of late lead me to do some bistro
maths.
I came to the following conclusion:-
For each person who writes something that causes
someone about think of leaving the list, there's probably
something like a hundred other people who would rather
that particular someone *didn't* leave.
I hope that this can be viewed as a positive motivating
factor for people to stay.
OK, so the numbers aren't exact, but the orders of magnitude
are.
