Faerie Gathering (NJC)

Has anyone on this list ever been to a Faerie Gathering?
I'm considering going to Beltane, at Short Mountain in Tennesee.  I've been
asked to go, and told I would love it.
I wonder if anyone here's been to one and can tell me a little bit what
it's like.
