Rick, he probably was for real. Burt Cummings, and some members of Guess Who
played here in Ft. Myers last year for one of our local parades. I can't
imagine our local Rotary club has a very big budget for bands, so they must
be playing any gigs they can. If he gave you his card and can send you
recordings of Joni songs, go for it. It's not like you have to get on some
casting couch or anything :~)
