That song is supposedly about Joni.  Jimmy Page mentions her as an 
inspiration.  There is a lyric in the song that goes something to the effect 
of-

"Someone told me there was a girl out there
Who plays guitar and cries and sings"

It has been a long time since I heard the song so don't quote me on the above 
lyrics
