>From today's Bonehead of the Day Award list:

''It was ridiculous. I tried to get in three times. Each time I
thought it
was me getting it wrong. But every time I got in I couldn't open my
doors.
Shoppers in the street were laughing at me. I nearly smashed up the
car,
John Cleese-style, in frustration.''

Comment made by a motorist trying to park in a designated parking space
after workmen in Wiltshire, UK repainted all the lines in the parking
lot
about a foot and a half too narrow causing motorists to knock off their
side-view mirrors and dent their doors trying to fit into the spaces.
