Those people in the crowd trying to rock out to Rasied on Robbery sure
can't dance.

For Why Do Fools Fall In Love, she says "let me bring the Persuasions
back on" but they hadn't been "on" in this video prior...

Why does Joni always do this oldie? I'd be interested in hearing her do
some others that wewre her favorites when she was growing up.

Some of the graphic ideas were obviously borrowed from Celebration at
Big Sur.

Shadows and Light is a gripping song, almost like a hymn, catches me
every time I hear it. With the Persuasions backing her on S&L it verges
on being a gospel tune. I'd like to hear some arrange that and with the
right choir have Joni gospel rock out on S&L! It fact, the song cries
out for that treatment.

The picture quality of the DVD beats the video by so far there is no
comparison.

I have no sound system and have noted the Dolby 5.1 thing but the sound
does seem better on my tv than the video.

Are those four inch heels she is wearing? At least three.

The three cheap-o features that come include a songlist (big deal, we
have that oln the packaging), a two paragraph biography that says
nothing except that Madonna says C&S was her favorite album in high
school. Very lame biography.

Three previews: Moody Blues singing from Days of Future Passed with an
orchestra (who can't like that other than it is only 60 seconds or so?),
some artsy documentary clips of the Eagles "Hell Freezes Over" also for
60 seconds, and Will Smith, Ricky Martin, Sting, Cher, all saying happy
birthday to Tina Turner for forty seconds and a very brief clip of Tina
singing some song that I never heard (long odds for that one).

Now that I have reviewed in every possible way, thnk you catherine for
posting it was available as I never would have known with her alert! I
really like the DVD much more than the video. I might play this onea
lot!
