it is the same here. we don't use the term to mean angry but we do use it
to describe being in a down mood-'pissed off'. It is also used in other
ways like as a way to say someone has left wherever'they pissed off'. to
tell someone to piss off is to mean for them to go away.

I would think that is a given. Unless she is really just a slut, she
isn't likely to drop her draws in a public place to take a leak unless
she was pissed!
