Well...yes and no. Sweetwater was a terrific LA band in the late
'60s, with *no* guitars. Cello, flute, bass, drums, keyboard and
a fabulous singer called Nansi Nevins. They were making really
different rock'n'roll, and were great live. (And MS Kakki liked 'em
too!) The movie is a VH-1 produced melodrama...it's not awful, but
it's not great. You do get to hear some of the band's classics.
