well, those colors look pretty complementary to me. i bet their formulas are
complementary to a speck of pigment.
i have always associated those colors [i once had a t-shirt dyed to look
like that] with the eagle and the serpent. powerful, blinding blue, and
earthy, meaty rust. it was also the paprika plains and the turquoise river
snaking. miami sky -- red as meat -- and the sea.
