I'm sure someone out there knows this better than I, but when the most
recent "best of..." Cat Stevens album came out, I think there was a spate
of interviews with Yusuf... and I think that he has calmed down about his
past work. When he first converted I think he condemned his past work - not
sure of the details, I guess he thought it contained sinful ideas or
something - but now he is able to appreciate it as work he did before he
learned the truth or whatever.
Not my truth, though.
He has put out a few records since his conversion, but I think mostly
prayers and stuff like that. I think he has a newer children's album called
"A is for Allah" or something like that.
