To be honest, I'm not sure, but I defer to wallyk on this one, and suggest
that the copyright dates are correct, and that most of the songs were fairly
recent.  I've pretty much got that impression over the years, from various
articles and interviews.

And yes, I have a copy of Writer, in fact I have all Carole's albums up to
the last live CD, including her very first (pre-Writer) "Now That
Everything's Been Said" by The City (Carole, Charles Larkey and Danny
Kortchmar).  There are a couple of anthology and tribute albums still on my
"to buy" list, but they'll have to wait!

Hell - who didn't think this was argumentative at all, and is looking
forward to meeting you too - and everyone else in Topsfield!
