I know you are joking, Rick, but I found something interesting. Because it
was kind of difficult to read in email format I went to my Catholic Douay
bible to follow along and was surprised to find that while the thoughts are
essentially the same, it is often worded in a sometimes significantly
different context. Just an observation that I had never noticed before even
though I had also studied the King James version as a kid. At any rate,
here is something I found regarding the above. Ecc. 10, 2 in my bible says
"The wise man's understanding turns him to his right; the fool's
understanding turns him to his left." Then there is a footnote that says
"It is doubtful whether the author is endorsing either direction - see
Proverbs 4, 25. So I go there and here is what is says: "Let your eyes
look straight ahead and your glance be directly forward."
