Cushy, like Sureal CMS and Limepage.com are all remote. I could use
blogger for that.
Rather have complete control.

Etomite comes close, but has no easy way to have links except as static HTML
Have you looked at CushyCMS (sushycms.com) ?
Basically, by using specially marked up DIVs on a static site, you can use
CushyCMS to make select content editable.
