I am having difficulty finding the method docs on the quick time site.

Tried AllVideos and AVReloaded, but I can only get flv videos to show up. The QuickTime logo flashes on the screen and then disappears, and there's nothing to click on to get it started. I have a direct link to the mp4 file for iphone users, but this does not have controls for pausing, etc. Anyone have a solution or suggestion? Thanks.
