Okay, I snipped everything...
As a recurringly new user in a lot of things, I appreciate the chance to
get the right basics from the pros. So maybe you have a 15 minute
tutorial early on, or even start a little early so those coming in for
the higher level stuff have some more wiggle room in the schedule. If
the newbie wants to be there to learn the material, they'll make the
time to show up early.
Of course, that means they get the best snacks too...
