Thanks Ozzie,
I may very well take you up on that.
I'm using MAMP with local host?  I think what you are talking about is uploading everything through FTP.
Is that right? I've had a bit of trouble figuring out how joomla works that way. I understand how to ftp all the files, though I get stuck trying to set up the databases on my hosting site.  It was just easier to do through MAMP.

Thanks!!!

your_joomla_directory/templates/*your_template_name*(beez)/images
Most of the images are there
templates/beez/images the bees template has this path

I do it a different way via webmin ( unless you have root access
webmin wont help you)and if I have a bunch of images I just ftp them
to the directory

You can try the module eXtplorer which will give you gui windoze type interface

Hi,
It was great to meet you all at the user group meeting this week.
I'm starting to dive in and have lots of questions.  Here's the first one...

How can I change the images that are installed with the template?
Is there a way to do it through the backend or do I have to reinstall the
template with the new files I want?

Thanks,
Kam
