You have to state that for the Firefox context menu to appear you need to go to the TinyMCE properties in Joomla Extensions menu-> plug-in manager, select the TinyMCE editor, open out the "Advanced parameters" on the right, and turn off "context menu" its all the way down the bottom of the list
