So it turns out, that those changes that it didn't look like were working,
actually do work.  It just takes about 20 - 30 minutes for them to change on
the site.  Is this normal?  Is there something I can do to optimize that? I
called the server company to find out if there were bandwidth issues, but
they said that everything was fine.
