If your goal is wide usage of your tool, then I'd recommend against solely using ssh. -- Maybe use ssh as an alternative interface. Many hosting sites don't provide ssh access to their servers these days. And, in general, I have not seen admins with knowledge of ssh or command line tools. I'd look at the WP model of adding more advanced abilities to the admin interface. Regards, Larry
