Sorry, I can't seem to find my notes on it. But, it is very simple to use. For example, ~$ s3cmd put file.tar.gz s3://foo/file.tar.gz
I recall that http://s3tools.org/s3cmd has everything you need to know. I'll post those notes if I can find them.
