I have a collection of about 20 photos, that I would like to display as thumbnails on a page. I'd like to display 5 at a time, chosen randomly from a folder:
[Image1] [Image2] [Image3] [Image4] [Image5] I've tried a few different image rotation / slideshow modules, but none of them seem to QUITE fit the bill I am looking for. Either they only show one image (and no option for more than one), or they slide the whole pool instead of statically choosing 5 on load and sticking with them. I tried the default Joomla 2.5 Random Image Module, loaded 5 times on the page, but it shows the same image in all 5 loads instead of 5 different ones. There's a bazillion modules on the JED - I tried a few and got frustrated, as each one claimed to do what I want, but was missing something in the end. :-( Anyone have a lead on a good module or plugin, that fits the bill for what I need? -- Geoffrey Schaller gjschal...@psi-13.com
