You need to have Joomla connect to ConstantContact via their API to determine 
if they are on your email list: 
http://community.constantcontact.com/t5/Documentation/Searching-for-a-Contact-by-Email-Address/ba-p/25123.

I doubt there's something already coded for that.  You would need to have 
someone code it for you.

Hello

Thanks for the quick feedback, however, neither of those gets me what I'm 
looking for. It needs to be able to handle Constant Contact Sign up and a 
facebook like action from the same registration form then upon successful 
submission the user is redirected to the Special Offer Content Article Page.
