As I mentioned in my previous post, swMenuFree and swMenuPro 
(http://swmenupro.com/) have been around for many years.  There may be some 
newer ones that I haven't used yet.

The flyout menu is shown here:

But don't be turned off by the style of the samples, they can be styled however 
you want in the configuration settings -- colors, padding, fonts, etc.

At Joomla extension directory I do a search for navigation? Or can you name one.
