You can remove URLs that are obsolete in your Google Webmaster Tools account.
I've seen Google index pdf files in folders that never should have been crawled.
If you have folders that shouldn't be crawled, use robots.txt to indicate so to search engines.
And for security sake, put a blank index.html file in every folder on your server.

Hello Everyone!
When I type unitel.biz in the Google search bar I am getting erroneous
results from Google serp. It shows pages that don't exist, pages without
menus, and pages with "Article" in upper left. All in all there are only
three pages which are correct.
Can someone give me a clue of what's going on?
