Joomla has undertaken some marketing efforts to help improve its standing among the CMS choices.
Part of that effort includes reaching out to the various web hosts that are used for Joomla.
At first, the hosts will be contacted and informed that the 3.3 version of Joomla requires PHP 5.3
Later, hosts will be contacted for other marketing initiatives.
