I have been making contacts and people are very interested and anxious to see it happen. I believe that one of the reasons of the low turn-out at the occassion is because we have not come together to deliberate on issues. People are used to sending messages over the internet and phones thereby subtituting these media for their absence(i am not exempted). If we get ourselves used to the idea of attending meetings like we used to do(kudos to seniors like Col. Brigeni, Victor Okhai, Andrews e.t.c), we will see the benefits of our unity. Although the association is not solely for self benefits, i must give this account to tell us the importance of coming together. When the meetings were still regular i was one of the most active attendees-no exaggerations intended, i met senior andrews who gave me senior adams' number, this happened some years b4 i graduated. When i graduated i just gave senior Adam a call and explained things to him ; I was posted to Lagos for my NYSC without spending a dime for what normally should have cost me a lot of pay and time. That was done in the spirit of commandonism. Therefore i want us to rise together and rewake the Spirit Joscommandos' ; afterall, there only 2 schools in Nigeria- Our's and others.
