Request: Going forward, all Commandos to pls include their chapters as part of their sign out signatures. For instance sign out should follow this format: Name, House, Set, Chapter. Additionally those that are Set coordinatorsshould also include it in their signature as well. E.g. Daniel Opolo, FHH '89Set, COJOSANA. Where members do not belong to any chapter, they are to provide current state of residence in place of chapter Why this request: 1. It is consistent with our objective to strengthen the different chapters 2. It will enable us identify members who do not presently belong to any chapters 3. It will enable us decide when there are enough "floating" members to form a chapter if they are all within proxy regions or geographies 4. It will enable us streamline certain request/discussion that are thrown to the open forum. For instance someone wanting to inquire about an event in Lagos can immediately identify any COJOSA Lagos member from their signature and send them private mail versus the "copy all" that is presently the case. 5. The same will hold true for "Set Coordinators". 6. All of these together will also aid effective information dissemination 7. It will enable us monitor and ensure everyone is keeping to this simple basic ground rule for the group. What is required: 1. Concurrence for above request from Snrs George or Peter. 2. Monitoring by Chapter Presidents to ensure compliance as well as identify current/prospective members. 3. Cooperation by all group members in line with the stated objectives.
