Any commando who wishes to vote by proxy must 1. Pay the registration fee 2. Submit there name and phone number to the LOC with the evidence of the payment of there registration fee. 3. All ex commandos that have done this can vote using the submitted phone number. 4. Your name and set will be verified by your chapter if you belong to one and if you don't we will require further evidence that you are who you say you are from 3 of your classmates that attend chapter meetings. 5. Note voting commences from Thursday 26th September till 12 Noon Saturday 28th September. However there's more fun in being there live!!! They are vying for 8 available positions and each registered commando can vote for 8 members of the board only. I will at this time like to clarify that there is no positioned reserved for anybody.
