Christian Paquin (cc'd here since he may not yet be on this list), one of the authors of U-Prove, has been notably involved in the new BBS algorithm and has also advised on JWP. Since JWP is a container format and U-Prove is an algorithm they don't really compare directly, instead U-Prove was one of the inspirations for the current JWP drafts as a model of a type of algorithm that should be supportable.
