It returns an array of int values instead of an object with fields to avoid ClassNotFound when wmsplugin is loaded without remotecontrol. On compatible extensions the minor version should be incremented, on incompatible changes the major version should be incremented and the minor version set to 0. The handlers can individually specify the default value for the permission preference. Currently the default is false for "add_node" and true for the others.
As requested by Komяpa I also added a "zoom" command that does nearly the same as "load_and_zoom" without loading any data from the API.
