The English strings and the comments are in JOSM's source which you can
find in SVN: http://josm.openstreetmap.de/svn/trunk/

Errors in strings or ambiguities should be reported by filing a ticket
in trac: http://josm.openstreetmap.de/newticket

This can be done anonymously, but, it is much better if you login first
because then you can be contacted in case there are questions.

You get bonus points if you directly attach a patch to your ticket.
